I was really psyched to see this baseball news in my social media feed. The 2026 Cape Cod Baseball League schedule has officially been released – CCBL Page – and you can view it below:
Rosters for ten Cape Cod Baseball League teams are still being compiled, so no roster news at this point. Rosters for the most part take shape much closer to Opening Day, which for the 2026 CCBL is Saturday June 13th. A few items to note from the CCBL schedule:
- Opening Day, June 13th – full slate of games (5)
- Not including rainouts or other cancelled games, there are 40 games to be played, and 10 days off in the 2026 schedule
- The 2026 CCBL All-Star Game will take place on Saturday July 18th at Whitehouse Field, home of the Harwich Mariners
- Playoffs and Championship games run from roughly August 4th to the 12th
In short – a very intense two months or so of the most competitive summer collegiate baseball you are likely to see in 2026. Time permitting, schedule permitting, I plan on getting up and out to the Cape (Cod, MA) this summer for some amazing Cape Cod Baseball League action. Wareham’s first home game is Sunday, June 14th vs. Orleans, so that looks like a very enticing game to try to catch.
