I’m excited to share some baseball news from the very popular Old North State League. Per the Old North State League’s official website – ONSL – the 2026 baseball season is just about a month or so away. I have included my Google Calendar for the 2026 Old North State League schedule of games. Just click on a team or date to learn more about a particular matchup:
A few items to note. Per the ONSL’s schedule page, it looks like a soft opening on May 21st and May 22nd, with a fuller slate of games the weekend of May 23rd. The season typically runs from late May until late July. This year’s All-Star game will be hosted by the Lake Norman Harborhippos and will be played at Huntersville Athletic Park, Huntersville, North Carolina. The 2026 ONSL All-Star game is scheduled for Saturday June 27th. Also, head’s up for a few new teams to the league in 2026, one being the Waynesville Hollers (cool logo with the doggie). Last summer, I got out to a number of ballfields on the Outer Banks and in Edenton, NC and look forward to expanding my reach this summer in North Carolina and Western Virginia.
