All across the world and certainly here in the United States and in Rhode Island, Little League and Cal Ripkin baseball organizations are run by volunteers. Volunteers who have children in the league and some whose children have moved on to high school, college, even professional baseball. These unselfish individuals all wear many hats and put in hours and weekends of work to put a safe and quality organization together.
