I have been playing guitar for about 20 years now. Admittedly, I am a novice player at best but I can carry a novice tune with the best of them novice guitarists. 2nd NK Teen Open Mic Night To Benefit Pennies For Patients Charity

Back in early November, a number of teens, parents, and musicians gathered at the Cold Spring Community Center.  The theme of the night was to promote the talented youth musicians located right here in North Kingstown and to raise money for a great local charity – The North Kingstown Special Olympics.  Teens sang, played guitar, laughed, and cheered for one and other in the 2 hour event hosted by the North Kingstown Marketing Company.  After a very successful and fun night, the total donation amount came to $205.50, which was then presented to the North Kingstown Special Olympics.  It was … Continue reading 2nd NK Teen Open Mic Night To Benefit Pennies For Patients Charity
