The 2022 8-10 Little League Eastern Regional Tournament begins this Saturday August 6th. This summer is extra special for Cranston Western Little League because they are not only hosting the tournament, they are the Team Rhode Island entry into the tournament. Every August or thereabout, one Rhode Island Little League 12U team gets to represent Rhode Island in the Eastern Regionals in Bristol, CT. The Eastern Regionals is the last tournament hurdle before the BIG ONE – the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA. One team who was selected by their local little league and is comprised of their league’s best players. One team who practiced and practiced for weeks prior to their District Tournament.
