The New England Club Baseball Association (NECBA) is entering its 21st season of competitive club baseball at local New England Universities and Colleges. The NECBA, according to Commissioner Steve Pinner, “was formed in the fall of 2000 when the University of New Hampshire cancelled their varsity program.
