The national summer collegiate and amateur baseball league schedule is heating up as many leagues will start play this week. Stay tuned for daily updates on all the teams, players, and leagues I follow. Here are the summer collegiate and amateur baseball leagues (SCABL) box scores and game recaps I am checking out this morning.
With 24 teams and 4 divisions, the Old North State League always has a ton of activity each night. 6 games on the docket last night. I mean how can you not spell summer collegiate baseball without the Randolph Ropin’ Roosters in your rolodex of teams to follow!!!
Coastal Plain League featured several games last night. One to take note of – the Lexington County Blowfish gobbled up the Macon Bacon last night by a score of 16-2. Only one home run hit for the Blowfish and a few 5 spots registered throughout the 7 inning contest. See box score below:

I am really digging these IG posts from NABA Richmond, the men’s amateur league in the Richmond, VA area. Check out the awesome, mural like artwork on this post promoting the game between The Richmond Trash Pandas and the Caribe Baseball Club. Very cool and very eye catching work here.

Last Spring, June to be exact, I was in Buffalo, NY for work (ABF Freight) and stopped in to visit Sal Maglie Stadium in nearby Niagara Falls, NY. Sal Maglie is home to the Niagara Falls Americans, a Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League team. I got to meet some of the Americans’ staff and take a few photos of the field, as the team was prepping for their first game of the season. Fast forward about 1 year, and the Americans are ready to kick off their 2025 season tomorrow night. Here is the schedule I will be following this summer as well as the team roster for the Niagara Falls Americans.
Another home game, another gigantic promotion, another huge success. The Madison Mallards seem to surprise me every day with another fantastic, family friendly, and engaging post about a cool promo at the Duck Pond, Madison Mallards home stadium. Last night, the World’s Largest Pep Band was in attendance at the Madison Mallards home game. How cool are the Mallards and their staff???
Here are the next rounds of games in the 2025 NCAA D1 Baseball Tournament. A ton of upsets have already been witnessed. Who will move on? Who will go home? We shall see. Link here – NCAA Tournament Bracket.
