For some teams, the summer collegiate and amateur baseball season of 2025 has begun. For others, it is literally hours and days away from their Game 1 start of the season. There are so many amazing teams, matchups, events, and games I am following this year. And I thought it would be cool to share the teams that I follow, the players I follow, and the leagues I follow with you via Box Scores and Recaps.
Starting today, May 29th, I will be cutting and snipping and posting box scores and recaps from a wide range of summer collegiate and amateur baseball leagues. These leagues range from California to Cape Cod, from Florida Keys to Green Bay. From my time in Rhode Island and now here in Virginia, I have been a part of so many great baseball leagues. And I am excited to share my findings, the recaps, the box scores I read with you. Here is an example from Tuesday night’s Green Bay Rockers game. You may recognize a player or two from the Hampton Roads area Norfolk State University in the lineup:
I will be checking scores, getting out my digital scissors, checking Instagram feeds, and reading game recaps all summer. And posting them on this page, my social media pages, and much more. And if you play in a summer collegiate league, manage a team, or are the press agent for your league and you have a box score and a recap for me, send it along. Or send me your team’s information so I can access your team’s progress daily. I will repost it on my pages free of charge.
