Rachel and I attended Sunday’s Virginia Beach Spring Fair at the VA Beach Convention Center. I went willingly, I wasn’t in trouble or trying to right a recent wrong. I went, with an open mind, hoping for the best and bracing for the…well let’s just say arts and crafts fairs are not high on my list of potential activities. I was pleasantly surprised by the eclectic vendors that ranged from portrait artists to dog accessory vendors to jewelry makers and tons of other interesting booths. Well, when you keep an open mind, you never know who you might run into.

Case in point, a vendor at the show called Home Fields, Inc. was the diamond in the rough, the needle in the haystack, the calm in the storm – for this baseball guy to find this vendor, wow what an awesome moment. Replica stadiums – baseball, basketball, football, college, and pro – that are so lifelike you have to look twice. Of course, I had to find Fenway Park. It was incredible, so real, and so amazing. Alpharetta to be exact, which is located near Atlanta, Georgia’s many Braves stadiums – Turner Field, Fulton County Stadium, and now Truist Park.
