Last week, I was back in the Houston, Texas area for work (ABF Freight). During my personal time, I found a ton of great baseball experiences in and around my hotel. These experiences included recreational parks, University baseball fields, another trip to Daikin Park for an Astros game, an amazing baseball complex, and an even more amazing baseball themed restaurant. I was really impressed with all the baseball places I visited and will give each one its due this week on this blog. Here is a photo preview of the Houston baseball experiences I was so blessed to be a part of:
Day 1 – Memorial Park – the exterior of the Memorial Park Golf Course; baseball and softball fields; dog park; running trails
Day 2 – University of Houston Cougars baseball complex; Macgregor Park, home of the Texas Southern University baseball team
Day 3 – Baseball sensory overload with these three stops: Baseball USA aka The Yard; Home Run Dugout, Katy; Daikin Park for Astros vs. Angels game
Stay tuned for each Houston baseball experience and more photos and so much more. I can’t wait to share what I saw and what I experienced there in H-Town, Houston, Texas, USA. Have a great morning everyone.
