If you drive around Rhode Island baseball complexes this weekend, you will see (weather permitting) a game at just about every baseball field. That is exaggerating a bit, it is like every other field. But seriously, there are a ton of baseball games scheduled this weekend in and around Rhode Island fields like Hank Soars Athletic Complex, Pontarelli Field, Ryan Park, Calise Field, Rice Field, Johnson and Wales, Slater Park – the list goes on and on. Who is playing and what are the tournaments you ask? Here is a snapshot of the tournaments I found in a recent online search of local AAU and Travel teams for this weekend, May 28th through May 30th:
