There are eight teams left in the 2022 RIPCOA (Rhode Island Principal’s Committee on Athletics) Middle School Baseball Tournament. Playoffs roll on today and tomorrow with 4 quarterfinal games. I wanted to give an enthusiastic high-five to the parents and coaches that have been emailing me scores and highlights from the opening rounds. Here is the bracket (please excuse my awful penmanship) as it stands today, Tuesday May 24th:

Tuesday, May 24th – Narragansett Pier School (home team) vs Curtis Corner Middle School, Sprague Park, Narragansett, 3:30pm

Tuesday, May 24th – ASF-Coventry Middle School (home team) vs North Cumberland Middle School, Rice Field, Coventry, 5:15pm

Tuesday, May 24th – Riverside Middle School (home team) vs Cole Middle School, Pierce Field, East Providence, 5pm

Wednesday, May 25th – Bishop Hendricken High School 8th Graders vs Western Hills Middle School (home team), Cranston Stadium, Cranston, 4:30pm
